Originally devised by Stanford White for use on the Restigouche in New Brunswick, Eastern Canada. This fly has succesfully migrated to Icelandic rivers where it is very popular. But like all flies it well work anywhere in clear waters and medium and low light conditions with the silver body.
Excellent allrounder for all clear waters. Starting fishing the pool with a Night Hawk, Haugur or small Green Butt is always a subtle option and after that you can try a hitch or a small conehead fly. This tecnique works well in clear and small waters and you won't over pressure the pool.
