The Lohkinka Salmon Fly pattern was named after a pool on the famous Umba River in Russia’s Kola Peninsula. Credited with 25 good salmon in a single week it has become a standard fly pattern amongst Umba anglers. Works all year round and particularly good in coloured or peat tinged water. A must have for Baltic Salmon as well!
This version is tied "pluppar" style on a brass conehead.
