Dear fellow Silver Chasers!

My name is Henrik Botnevik and I am a flytyingjunkie.

I’ve been fly fishing and tying flies for nearly 14 years, I chase sea run brown trout in the fjords of Western Norway all year. In the summer however, I focus on salmon fishing.

I usually fish relatively small rivers with a single-handed 8 weight or double-handed 7 weight rod.

As a flytyingjunkie I constantly try to adapt my flies to different fishing situations. I love to make variations of well known patterns as well as creating my own. I really appreaciate fishing with neatly tied flies that swim exactly the way they were intended to.

Tight lines!
